What is an escape game?

Your Game Master will start by welcoming you. He'll explain or remind you of the game's concept. He'll give you a few instructions to follow and a few tips for a successful game. Finally, he'll explain the plot and what's in store for you. The Game Master will then guide you to the door of your room.
You can then start exploring the room, looking for clues, solving puzzles and challenges, and completing your mission in less than 60 minutes.

We can accommodate up to 45 players simultaneously in our 7 rooms.

Each of our rooms is recommended for a minimum number of players to be able to complete the puzzles (some manipulations require a minimum number of participants) as well as a maximum number of players. 

If you wish to play with 2 players, this is possible on all our rooms except "Attack on the White House". Please let us know in the "add a message about my order" field when booking, so that we can adapt the game. Please note that the rate will still be for 3 players. 

If you are more numerous than expected for a room, we let you contact us to see if an exemption is possible.

Mind & Run does not have a double room.

We accept players aged 10 and over for the " Mad Hatter" and "Forbidden Spells " themes (please contact us if your children are younger).

Young people over the age of 14 may take part in the game without the presence of an adult.

If one of the players is under 14 years of age, the presence of an adult who will count as a full player in the room is required. No exceptions will be made, and we reserve the right to refuse players on site without any refund. 

Reservations can be made either on the mindandrun.com website, where availability is updated in real time, or by chat by clicking here, or by telephone on 0442525673. A deposit equivalent to an individual place is requested at the time of booking, with the remainder to be paid on site on the day.

Rest assured, no specific knowledge is required for our games. Likewise, if it's your first time, we'll be happy to guide and help you, so you can have a good time and get your mind working logically.

You can buy a gift card directly on our website under the " gift " tab. You can personalize the card and choose the amount to offer. You can also choose to print it at home, send it by email or have us print and mail it for you. Thanks to the unique code on the card, the person will be able to make a reservation on our site by entering the code. Our cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, starting with one play space. 

For any change in the number of participants, please send us an e-mail. Be careful not to exceed the maximum number of players for the room reserved. If you are fewer than expected, we will adjust the price on the spot to the minimum number of players required for the room reserved.

It's often difficult to get organized, so think about postponement/cancellation coverage.

Without cancellation guarantee: In the event of cancellation or modification, the full amount of the game will be debited from the blue card used to make the reservation.

With the cancellation guarantee: in the event of cancellation or modification less than 7 days in advance, only the deposit will be forfeited and the balance due will not be debited. More than 7 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded in the form of a credit note.

All group members are requested to arrive on time for the game session. As the game operates on a time slot basis, any delay will unfortunately force us to shorten or even cancel your gaming session. Similarly, please don't arrive too early, so that we can finish the previous session and set up the rooms again.

The game itself lasts 60 min. Maybe less if you're efficient and logical. Nevertheless, allow 1h30 for the briefing, the game and the debriefing with the souvenir photo.

There are no physical challenges during the game. As such, no force should be used at any time during the game. Any breakage may be billed to the player.

We accept payment by credit card (amex gold), cash, culture pass or ancv vacation vouchers (paper and connect). Payments by bank cheque, bank transfer and deferred payment (D+30/J+60) are only accepted for professionals receiving a quotation.
